Full Time Portfolio Manager Assistant needed.
Position requires excellent and valuable knowledge of asset allocation, securities, risk, portfolio construction and financial analysis.  Primary tasks (under the supervision of CIO) will include portfolio reviews, creating allocation strategies, modeling portfolios, and trading.

In addition, candidate must be able to do extensive company research internationally, and depending on skill set engage in other tasks to help with portfolio management. Candidates must demonstrate that they are a self-starter, self-directed, have excellent computer and communication skills including journalistic skills. References will prove that candidates have impeccable integrity, are hard working, easy to get along with, able to work with others and take direction well.

Qualifications:
Required:

• Excellent written and communication skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office required
• Strong organizational skills / attention to detail
• Strong follow up skills
• Ability to problem solve and spot issues proactively
• Ability to work independently, but also a "team player"
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Associates / bachelors degree preferred
• Financial industry knowledge and experience, prefer 1-3 years minimum of prior experience in investment management
• Have read Security Analysis professors Benjamin Graham  and David Dodd  of Columbia Business School
